Mage Swain is the best spat option, while Divine and Vanguard on anything are also good. Tl dr of the doc is BiS Morgana/Swain is JG + DClaw +1, and play 4 Syphoner with Aatrox + Zilean (3 Cultist), Janna (2 Enlightened), and Ornn for broken value.

It has a pretty fair matchup against most anything and itemization is fairly flexible.

I've used my climb to Masters half-forcing it and learning how to play this A tier comp. Syphoner is something of a sleeper comp that I don't think I've ever seen played 'right.' Most people itemize Morgana super sub-optimally or aim to play Talon instead of Swain as a secondary carry. If you miss Dusk, definitely check it out. Disclaimer: I don't think it's on par with Kayle or Slayers, but it's a super solid option to pocket while you're climbing.
